Our guitars are handmade. Individual components are purchased and prepared, while others are manufactured in-house. The guitar is based on existing tin cans, a semi-finished neck and various wooden parts.
The “body” is made of spruce wood. A rather (too wrongly) frowned upon type of wood in guitar construction. But even the first prototype with beech wood as a material sounding very high, spruce wood produces a warmer tone.
A lot of time is spent tuning the neck. All frets are resharpened, crowned and re-polished. Nut and bar are filed.
